This is a souvenir bell from the American Carnival Glass Association (ACGA) 10th convention on July 4, 1975 in Dayton, Ohio. It is blue carnival glass and it was made by Joe St. Clair. The reverse side of the bell shows the Carillon Bell Tower. This bell measures 7 inches tall.
