Chelsea Grape - Plate

Number available: 1
$25.00

Here is a nice plate in the Chelsea Grape pattern. It is sometimes called Grandmothers Ware and it measures 10 inches across. It was made in the Staffordshire area of England 1830-1880 although it is not marked. It is heavy white porcelain with embossed grapes and leaves. Then the embossed grapes and leaves are decorated with a purplish-blue luster. This piece has a few usages scratches that can't be seen unless it is turned to the light.
