Here is a nice record duster with a picture of Bing Crosby on it. It is advertising Decca Records and Hintz-Wert & Co. (of Cleveland Ohio I think). It has a red celluloid top with the duster brush on the underside. It says Phila Badge Co., Phila, Pa made in USA on the edge. The top is in very nice condition with some wear to the brush.
