Here is a 1 foot 4 fold carpenters folding rule made by E. M. Chapin between 1868 and 1897. It is marked with the name of the company and No. 77. This rule is made of ivory bound with German silver. It has the caliper on one end and is in good condition with no chips or cracks. It still has the alignment pin also.
