This is a wonderful little miniature kerosene lamp that was made by Tiffin. It is made of milk glass but there are places where there are swirls and spots of clear and milky glass. The pattern is Bullseye and it measures 5.5 inches to the top of the lamp without the burner. It has inside threads. This lamp is old but the burner is questionable.
