This is a luncheon plate in the Stratton pattern that was made by Fostoria for Avon. It is part of a series that were made in 1978 for the 92nd anniversary of the Avon Company and given to the sales people for meeting sales quotas. This plate features the Avon logo and key and it measures 8 inches across. It is in nice condition with no chips or cracks.
