This is a Depression Glass sandwich plate in the Petal Swirl or Swirl pattern that was made by Jeannette. The color is called ultramarine and it measures 12.75 inches across. This plate has a small chip on the foot ring on the underside that I have pictured. Otherwise it is in good condition.
