Half Doll - Lace Skirt

This is a very pretty half doll with a lace skirt built on a wire frame. She was probably made by Hertwig & Co. of Germany. She stands 6.5 inches tall complete and the porcelain doll part measuring 3 inches long. Her arms are attached to her body with her hands folded on her chest. The doll part is in very nice condition but the fabrics of the skirt are somewhat deteriorated. There doesn't appear to be any markings on the lower part of the doll that I can see without taking her apart.
